Polyphasic Sleep: The Return to Monophasic

This dude tried a “polyphasic sleep” schedule, which means that instead of sleeping seven hours a night, he would take a 30-minute nap every four hours. He did this for months. But now he’s going back to the seven-hour, “monophasic” schedule. Here are his reasons why.
