It only took me a month, but I finally got some pictures from our graduation party uploaded to Flickr. This one here is of my and my lovely lady. Those shiny medals on our chests (well, mine’s resting on my [...]
For me, Graduation Week started last Tuesday, which is when a bunch of us decided to go camping on an absolutely amazing piece of property about 45 minutes from the college. It’s owned by a guy named Bob Bushnell, of Bushnell Performance Optics, which is the company that makes Bushnell telescopes and Bushnell binoculars. In [...]
I’m done. At the age of (going-on) 29, I finally stepped up and achieved a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Theories of Writing. Four years ago, when I was sitting on the couch in my apartment, discussing with my roommate the idea of going back to school full-time at the age of 25, of moving [...]

The Senior Study is a 12-credit project that acts as a capstone to the student’s entire undergraduate career. [...]

Sunday was Green Mountain College’s annual Honors Tea. It’s the day when all the hippies put on their finest duds and receive awards and certificates for various academic and community-service achievements. Of the crew that I hang out with up here, four of us received awards.
First, Alex Hunley received the award for Outstanding Philosophy Student. [...]

Dawn was on the cover of the Rutland Herald yesterday. Some Green Mountain College students are building a labyrinth on campus for meditative purposes, and Dawn went down to help them out. A reporter showed up, snapped the pic, and now she’s all excited because the photo shows her kick-ass muscle (she in the front [...]
