It Took Him 13 Years, But Peter B. Got My Respect

From the Swampscott Reporter’s Former principal Peter Sack says cutting Industrial Tech education is a bad idea: “Two weeks ago, following five years of public silence, I attended the public hearing on the Swampscott School Committee’s fiscal 2009 budget. I had heard that the superintendent was recommending the elimination of the Industrial Technology program, and I felt compelled to try to convince the committee that this was a very ill-advised decision.” [If you know who Peter B. is, read this letter where he defends Mr. Legere, Mr. Athanas, and the whole Industrial Tech program at Swampscott High...my alma mater.]
