A Rambling Man

I think to help save the environment and make money is for big cities to get rid of meter parking, or instead of a buck an hour, make it $5 an hour. Then people would really start taking public transportation. Besides, if they have to pay extra for parking, people would spend less time and gas driving around looking for spaces.

I hate people at starbucks just sitting there reading. This might be half of the people reading this but let me explain. You have time, I have no time. I hate people who have things that I want and don’t have.

Well they found an Earth-like planet close to us, only 20.5 light years away. So if you can travel 299,792,458 meters a second you will be there in only 20 years. I will bring this up every time they find one of these earthly planets.

Last but most certainly not least, I saw a documentary that changed my life.

I am no longer a cynic that thinks no matter what we do, we are doomed. It’s called waste = food. What is even more impressive is that I missed the first 20 minutes of the hour or so movie and it still left me in a different state (now if for the first 20 minutes they are using golf clubs to long drive newly hatched turtles on a beach I might change my tune).

I do not want to ruin it for you by trying to explain it because I can not do it justice. The best line of the documentary was something like “hurting the planet less is not protecting it”.

I also will say the main reason I like the way this was done was that it was a whole documentary (remember I didn’t see the first part) that promoted new Ideas without making people mad. After “Who Killed The Electric Car,” I just ended up being angry. Angry people never make good decisions, and if you look at it politically, angry people only focus on getting the “bad” people out and not on what the next people will do.

Anyway here is website of the guy who the documentary was about. I am sure some people on here are saying, “Welcome to the party,” because you’ve have known about him for a while. All I can say to that is thanks for inviting me assholes. If he had a cult I would join.
