President Bush and his administration have updated their Strategy for Winning the War on Terror. We looked closely at the last national strategies document, National Strategy for Victory in Iraq, and so we’ll probably look closely at this one in the near future, but until that time, you should familiarize yourself with “strategy” that the United States will pursue on our road to victory, for as the President has said many time times, no one comes home until the mission is complete.
