Someone has gone and done a mashup of the Beastie Boys and the Beatles, forming a new band called…wait for it…The Beastles. And the name of the album…again, wait for it…Let It Beast. I’ve only heard the first tune so far, a mashup of “Love Me Do” and “Hey Ladies!,” and I gotta say, it’s not that impressive. The best song name on the album: “Looking Down The Barrel of a Warm Gun.” While it may not sound as good as the Jay-Z and Beatles mashup, you should check it out for novelty’s sake alone.

Yeah, and as I said, this Beastle’s thing doesn’t sound as good as Dangermouse’s. Also, it turns out that there are two mashups of the Beastles. I haven’t heard the second one (or is it the first?), but it’s downloading now.
